The Types of Printing We Offer Are:
- Screen printing: This is the crème de la crème of printing processes and the results are always excellent. It's perfect for large designs, big orders and any time the highest quality is required. Most commercially available t shirts are printed this way. The technique uses a silk screen which is then made into a negative image of the design. Emulsion is applied to the t shirt through the screen creating a positive image on the fabric.
- Transfer printing is ideal for certain applications like waterproof items, spandex, jackets, one-off items or any time a design or logo needs to be very bright and colorful. It involves using heat to press a foil, plastisol or vinyl design into the fabric.
- Direct-to-garment printing has come a long way in the last ten years and now the results are breathtaking. It's perfect for particular multicolor designs, one-off samples, smaller runs or photographic designs.
- Sublimation is a process where a special digital printer creates a transfer which is then applied to the t shirt via a heat press. The ink in the transfer fuses (sublimates) into the fibers and forms a very durable and stretchable image. It is ideal for sports clothing like spandex, lycra or polyester.
